How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped by our suppliers. Typical delivery to Canada is 10-20 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Every order includes tracking. You'll receive the tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

How do I wash the snuffle mat?

The snuffle mat is machine washable. Toss it in the machine and air dry. The lick mat can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher (top rack).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it or refund you. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
