14-day returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it or refund you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
